Public Health - Water Supply,
Drainage and Sewerage Disposal
The construction and installation of Public Health components i.e.
water supply, drainage and sewerage disposal in a building shall be
regulated as per bye-laws relating to water supply, drainage and sewage
disposal framed by the respective local authorities under Section
399 (1) (B) of PMC Act, 1976 or as amended/revised from time to time.
